The safety and well-being of the children are our top priorities. We have strict safety protocols in place, including secure facilities, background checks for all staff, first aid training, and continuous supervision. We also maintain a clean and healthy environment to prevent illness and accidents.

The teacher-to-child ratio varies depending on the class. Most of the classes have a maximum ratio of 1:4, while some classes have a maximum ratio of 1:6 and 1:8. This depends on the age of the students and the complexity of the course content.

We allow observation only for parents whose child is attending for the first time. During the observation, we kindly request that parents limit their observation time to a few minutes. While we value parental involvement, prolonged parental presence during class may disrupt the emotional state and focus of both their child and other students. We will inform parents about their child's progress after classes, and a report card will be provided at the end of the courses.

If you are new to us, you are welcome to sign up for a trial class with a one-time special offer. This fee will be waived if you decide to enroll in any of our packages immediately after the trial class.

There are no extra charges for our programs. All materials are included in the tuition fee. For our summer camps, we even provide a simple lunch at no additional cost. Additionally, the tuition for all events is tax inclusive.

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to withdraw your child from our program, please notify us as soon as possible. Our refund policy is as follows: Notice Period: 2 weeks - 1 month: 25% charge Notice Period: 1-2 weeks: 50% charge Notice Period: Less than 1 week: 100% charge (not refundable)
